Position Summary


As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's HR strategy and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with the organization's goals.




Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that support the company's overall business strategy


- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and termination


- Oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations


- Design and deliver effective training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement


- Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing HR-related insights and recommendations


- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that fosters employee engagement and well-being


- Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and HR-related legal requirements


- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex HR-related challenges and find innovative solutions


- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR industry trends, best practices, and legal developments




Required Qualifications:


- 5+ years of progressive experience in a HR management or leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)


- Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations


- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools


- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills


- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams


- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing HR teams




Desired Qualifications:


- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification


- Experience in the technology or software industry


- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools


- Proficiency in change management and organizational development principles


- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
