Role Description

WMK Tech is seeking a full-time Human Resources Director to oversee the company's HR policies and employee relations. This role is located on-site in Lebanon, TN and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including but not limited to performance management and labor and employment law compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies, and compliance

Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations in a professional and efficient manner

Experience in performance management and implementing performance improvement plans

Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on active listening

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently

Experience with HR software and database management systems

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

A certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus. An understanding of technology and experience in the tech industry is also beneficial.
