Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Lebanon, TN. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) Management, HR Policies, and Personnel Management skills

Experience in managing employee benefits

Knowledge of creating and implementing HR policies and procedures

Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Experience with HR software and systems

Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

PHR or SHRM certification is a plus
