Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lebanon, TN for an Information Technology Manager at WMK Tech. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, managing the IT team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems. They will also be responsible for strategizing and implementing IT policies and procedures, identifying and addressing technology-related issues, and managing IT budgets and resources.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security
Experience in managing and leading IT teams
Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in project management
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus
