Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Recruiter at WMK Tech. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for performing full-life cycle recruiting, conducting IT recruitment, and managing the hiring process. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for technical recruiting and overall recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills

Experience in IT recruitment and technical recruiting

Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
