Key responsibilities will include:


  • Responsible for leading the Inside Sales function for wmkshop - team size of 100+ agents and 10+ Team Leaders
  • Driving sales across 10+ locations and optimization of leads to bookings funnel
  • Hiring and training of car consultants and team leaders across multiple locations
  • Ensuring process and policy adherence across Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering
  • the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets
  • Auditing calls on a regular basis for improving customer communication and sales pitch
  • Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
  • Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets


Requirements:


  • 6+ years of professional work experience in Inside Sales / Sales / Customer Experience Functions in high growth startups
  • B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a
  • complex and unstructured cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a team of 50+ members previously
