Description:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for leading the Inside Sales function for wmkshop - team size of 100+ agents and 10+ Team Leaders
- Driving sales across 10+ locations and optimization of leads to bookings funnel
- Hiring and training of car consultants and team leaders across multiple locations
- Ensuring process and policy adherence across Inside Sales function, with a focus on delivering
- the best-in-class customer communication and meeting sales targets
- Auditing calls on a regular basis for improving customer communication and sales pitch
- Constant performance monitoring and project revisions basis outputs
- Liaise with retail teams and take ownership of meeting sales targets
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional work experience in Inside Sales / Sales / Customer Experience Functions in high growth startups
- B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills and an ability to navigate a
- complex and unstructured cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated experience of leading a team of 50+ members previously
