Job Description

• Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to users issues with highest response.
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
• Update users data and produce activity reports.
• inform users to problem solving process.
• Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed users expectations.
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure.
• Build, install and configure workstations for head office and other sites and branches.
• Coding, tracing and inventorying IT service HUB assets.
• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems on network.
• Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
• Align and apply the organizational goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for assigned services, and functional areas within the holding.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Communication Engineering or computer science.
• Excellent command of English language
