Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Lead Generation Specialist located in Lebanon, TN. The IT Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate new leads in the information technology industry. The responsibilities also include network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in Network Administration, Information Technology, Troubleshooting, and Network Security.

Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a relevant field is preferred, but not required.

Relevant experience and/or certifications will also be considered as a plus.
