Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Specialist located in Lebanon, TN. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service.

Qualifications

Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting skills

Experience in network security and customer service

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Relevant certifications in IT are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
