We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Java-based solutions that meet our clients’ business needs. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

🗂️Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs

- Design end-to-end Java-based solutions that align with client objectives and adhere to industry best practices

- Develop architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and system integration plans

- Provide guidance and technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions

- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in Java development and architecture

🌟Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- ⁠X+ years of experience as a Java developer, with at least X years in a solution architecture role

- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Servlets/JSP

- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Java applications, including microservices architectures

- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and architectural styles (e.g., MVC, RESTful)

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail

- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and mentor junior developers

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, Java EE Architect) are a plus
