🌟Requirements & Skills:
1. Proficiency in React JS with at least X years of hands-on experience.
2. Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+ and related web technologies.
3. Experience with front-end development frameworks like Redux for state management.
4. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
5. Knowledge of modern web development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, or NPM.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
7. Familiarity with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
8. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
📈Qualifications:
1. Minimum of X years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React JS.
2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality, responsive web applications.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4. Certification in React JS or related technologies is advantageous.
5. Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.
6. Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
7. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.

🔑Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React JS and related technologies.
2. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement UI/UX designs and integrate with backend services.
3. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
4. Optimize application performance and scalability for a seamless user experience.
5. Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.
6. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities.
7. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
8. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and support when needed.
9. Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions for front-end development projects.
10. Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
