What is junior business analyst ?

A junior business analyst works with project teams and a senior business analyst to make sure the products or applications in development meet the needs of the end users.

it is their responsibility to help make sure the final deliverable meets project specifications and qualifications.

Requirements:

- bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or any related field

- minimum of 3 years of related work experience

- must possess problem-solving, teamwork, client management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

- customer service skills

- to be flexible and open to change

- experience with Scrum & Kanban Methodologies

- Cross checking elicitation results against the sources and other available BA information
