Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Software Development Engineer at WMK Tech. The Lead Software Development Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and leading the software development team, designing and developing software applications, implementing best practices in software development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

Computer Science and Software Development skills

Experience in Back-End Web Development

Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
