Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Software Engineer Full Stack at WMK Tech. The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions, leading a team of developers, and ensuring high-quality code. Daily tasks include back-end web development, software development, and utilizing object-oriented programming principles.
Qualifications
Computer Science and Software Development skills
Back-End Web Development expertise
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of full-stack development is a plus
