Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer, specializing in C# .NET Desktop App. The Lead/Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions and leading a team of engineers in the development lifecycle. The role is located in Lebanon, TN.
Qualifications
- Excellent proficiency in C# and .NET Framework
- Strong experience in developing desktop applications using C#
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
- Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns
- Experience with source control and bug tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
