The ideal candidate will be comfortable looking and chatting with new people frequently and have an ability to determine a live streaming potential through constant checking and researching. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective live streamers. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
To fill the role properly, You Are
- Asked to recruit tiktok &Facebook and instagram live streamers and make sure they go live everyday and interact with their audience.
- Fun, Interactive and love social media
- Willing to take responsibility in reaching targets of streamers and make sure that you convey their problems to the management
- Willing take part of an interactive team of professionals handling campaigns in the Levant region
- Love tiktok and the idea of going live
- Willing to check the trends and recommend creative processes
- Willing to serve as a contact person for questions with the candidates
- Willing to make weekly reports about the effort put
- Take part in workshops and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
- English is highly recommended
- Students are welcome to apply under dedication conditions
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
