Position Summary

As the Marketing Manager at WMK Tech, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our agency's services, drive new business, and enhance our brand reputation. You will work closely with the leadership team and cross-functional departments to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to support the agency's overall business objectives

- Manage the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral

- Oversee the agency's social media channels, including content planning, community engagement, and performance analysis

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads, and support the client acquisition process

- Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry developments

- Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables

- Contribute to the agency's overall growth and expansion by identifying new opportunities and innovating marketing approaches

- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, representing the agency at industry events and conferences

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a digital agency or software company

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing, search engine optimization)

- Proficiency in marketing analytics, including the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging content

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other marketing technologies

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Desired Qualifications:

- Proven experience in the software/technology industry or a digital agency setting

- Familiarity with web development, user experience (UX) design, and software development processes

- Certification in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing platforms

- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

- Experience in leading and mentoring a marketing team

- Portfolio of successful marketing campaigns and case studies
