CO Fouder WMKECH WMKIT WMKAPP WMKSHOPWe invite an automated testing engineer to our team. We test all platforms: back, mobile, web. We are always open to new ideas and projects. On many projects, regression is covered by tests over 90%. This allowed us to significantly reduce the regression time from a few days to a few hours.Our autotests are written in different languages: Java, Kotlin, JS, Typescript, and Python. We have a customized CI / CD on three platforms: Jenkins, Teamcity, and GitLab. We also use Jira, Confluence and Git.
For one of our projects, we are looking for a QA automation engineer. This is a long term full time perspective for Lebanese professionals.
Key tasks for this position:
- Maintain and develop automated system testing solutions.
- Automate regression scripts.
- Develop and maintain environments for running autotests (Jenkins, Docker env, etc).
- Automate the collection of statistics, drawing up reports on the results of running autotests.
- Integrate the results of your activities into the existing development process, focus on the result that is significant for the team.
- Work closely with the team: analysts, developers, QA.
- Engage functional testers to automate regression scripts.
Planned technology stack :
- Java, Jenkins, Docker.
We expect that you definitely have:
- 2+ years of experience as a test automation engineer.
- Confident knowledge and experience in the development of automated scripts on the JVM.
- Experience with REST API, SOAP, HTTP / HTTPS, JSON (including automation).
- SQL (medium complexity DML, DDL queries, understanding of development principles, migrations).
- Experience in using the build system (Maven, Gradle, etc).
- Experience in using traffic sniffers (Charles, Fiddler, etc.).
- Experience in developing and using mock services.
- Experience in setting up CI / CD using Jenkins or similar.
- Understanding git and git-flow.
- Understanding agile development methodologies, values and processes.
- Willingness to write high-level code, connect functional testers to automation.
