Description:

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer with Flutter (IOS/Android) to join our team. In this project we are tackling one of the oldest problem from the transportation field – the traveling salesman problem. Multi-criteria optimization is a complex task that requires understanding the client’s needs and adapting solutions directly to him. Our solution brings together retailers with couriers and service operators with customers in a seamless digital process across systems and devices. It’s becoming a disruptive new B2B toolkit for efficient and predictable last-mile delivery, service dispatch, and real-time routing optimization with track & trace in an urban environment tailored for the needs of operators managing large fleets of delivery and service vehicles, from established parcel giants to emerging on-demand-delivery start-ups. It powers the most advanced use cases in urban logistics and supply chain management. We are not only focusing on solving the mathematics behind the Multi-criteria optimization traveling salesman problem, but we are also providing Front End and Mobile layers for our application. The outcome of the optimization algorithm needs to be processed and presented to our users in the most efficient and user-friendly way – and it depends on our work and how it will be done.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile development
• Strong IOS know-how
• Android know-how
• Experiencewith Flutter/Dart
• Solid Objective-C know How
• Experience and comfortable working in distributed teams, i.e. strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Experience to work in a professional SW development environment (Scrum, CI/CD, clean code, unit tests, code reviews, etc..)
• Fluent English (written/spoken)

Job Responsibilities:

• Working on the IOS and Android part of a complex application
• Analyzing project requirements and customer problem statements
• Designing, developing, and implementing parts of the Flutter-based IOS and Android part according to the requirement analysis – together with other mobile developers
• Participation in peer code review and other internal technical review processes as required for each project
