Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Node.js Team Lead-Senior / Tech Lead at WMK Tech located in Lebanon, TN. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Node.js development team. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing project progress, providing technical guidance and support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and related frameworks
Experience leading and managing development teams
Expertise in architecting and designing scalable and maintainable software systems
Knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
