**Position Summary**

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our office, ensuring that our work environment is organized, supportive, and conducive to the productivity and well-being of our team. Leveraging your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities, you will serve as a critical liaison between our employees, management, and external stakeholders.


**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all office management functions, including procurement, facilities management, vendor relations, and office supplies inventory

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing administrative support and resolving day-to-day operational issues

- Manage the company's front desk and reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients

- Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to address equipment, technology, and office space-related needs

- Plan and execute various company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative work culture

- Maintain and update employee records, manage office calendars, and support human resources-related tasks as needed

- Liaise with external service providers (e.g., contractors, suppliers, caterers) to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of goods and services

- Implement and enforce office policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize office operations

- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team


**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and data

- Proficient in the use of office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and office equipment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels and represent the company professionally

- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive and welcoming experience to all office visitors

- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong working relationships

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred


**Desired Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the digital agency, technology, or professional services industry

- Familiarity with project management software and tools

- Knowledge of office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

- Experience in managing and coordinating office moves, renovations, or expansion projects

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheet software

- Certification in office management, facilities management, or a related discipline
