Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, conducting keyword research, creating ad copy, monitoring performance, and analyzing data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure paid ads align with overall marketing strategies and goals. This role requires a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms and techniques.

Qualifications

Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns

Proficiency in using paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

Knowledge of keyword research and SEO best practices

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimizations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads Certification, are a plus
