-Form the strategy, Vision and Roadmap of the product, as well as manage the backlog of tasks, set priorities;
-To be responsible for the results of product implementation, including financial, operational performance and process improvements;
-Track the fulfillment of product goals based on data;
- Responsible for the compliance of the product with the requirements, coordinate the requirements with the functional managers and offices of the company;
-To be responsible for the development of the team, to manage efficiency;
- Lead P&L teams and manage team resources;
- Together with the development team, identify technical solutions and promote ideas for improving processes and optimizing the speed of development;
-Conduct experiments, qualitative research, A / B tests and analyze launches.
😎🏆 We expect you to:
-Worked as a Product Owner or Product Manager for more than two years, or you have at least two years of project management experience and are willing to take responsibility for the product;
-Able to make decisions based on data;
- Have critical thinking and are able to view tasks from different angles;
-Understand the processes of the supply chain or are ready to understand in the first weeks of work;
-Deeply understand the product approach and share the values of Agile;
-Have experience in managing a product team;
-Know the technological fundamentals of product development and the process of creating products, you can speak with the development team in the same language.
