REQUIREMENTS:
Work experience in PM positions at least 1 year;
Project technologies:
Frontend - technology is not important;
Backend - preferably node.js but this is not a strict requirement;
API - rest or graphql;
Mobile - iOS, Android.
Skills (the candidate may already have them or is ready to learn this):
Ability to decompile a project into modules from the general description of the project according to the customer's words. Expand the structure of the project modules into a mind-map;
Design the overall structure of the project UI in the form of a mockup. The tool is not important. It is desirable to click on figma \ axure mockups or similar;
It is desirable but not necessary to be able to build a project roadmap in the form of a Gantt chart. Desirable with an indication of the timing, resources, etc .;
At least read the API, be able to execute a rest request via postman;
To be able to open the browser console and read the stream of requests to the server - see the request error;
Have experience in communicating with the customer. Knowledge of English sufficient for this level is a big plus. But this is optional.
The vacancy does not say anything about the task tracker, which the candidate should be able to use, since it does not really matter. We usually use the git-lab tasktracker.
A few words about our projects:
As a rule, these are web / mobile products with a development period of 4-12 months;
Typical development team 4-8 developers depending on the complexity of the project;
If the project is large with 6+ developers, then the project will be one;
If the projects are not large, then there will be 2-3 such projects but at different stages (there will be no situation in which 2 projects start at once);
Mostly developers are in the office, there is practically no remote control.
