Requirements


1+ years of experience in a Human Resources position or Recruiter position

Experience in searching and recruiting for tech vacancies in lebanon

Strong understanding of IT and current international hiring trends

Screening and interviewing skills

Boolean search LinkedIn

Strong knowledge of IT profiles sources and job web-sites (EU market)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Excellent computer skills

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Goal-oriented, organized team player

Advanced English level

Location outside lebanon


Main job responsibilities


Source qualified candidates through a variety of recruitment methods, including job postings, networking, and employee referrals

Screen and interview candidates 

Coordinate and schedule interviewed with hiring managers

Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks

Maintain accurate and up to date records of all recruiting activities in our applicant tracking systems and keep hiring managers informed of final candidate and offer status

Share recruiting process improvement with the head of recruitment in order to continuously improve our organization

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
