Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist located in Lebanon, TN. The Sales Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, sales, and organization. They will also need to utilize their communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and generate leads for the company.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
Exceptional organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in lead generation, knowledge of CRM software, and familiarity with the job market and industry trends.
