Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Development Representative role located in Lebanon, TN. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, as well as following up on inbound leads. You will work closely with our Sales Managers to ensure we can continue to meet and exceed our sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or other CRM software)
Familiarity with sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize workload
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
