Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager with experience in conferences. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Experience in selling in the conference industry

Knowledge of conference planning and management

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work well in a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
