Used car appraisal web application developed for the German online car auction
The platform allows people to estimate the approximate value of a used car they want to sell through an online auction using the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), KBA (The Federal Motor Transport Authority) number, or a search tree. The tool analyzes the year of manufacture, specifications and average market value. Thus, the cost of the car is objective and justified for the buyers, and the sellers know the amount they can raise from the sale at the auction in advance.
Tasks: Updating the design and implementing a full-fledged web application based on the Proof of Concept
Technologies on the project:
Backend: Java, Spring (boot, web, security, integration, data), JPA, docker
Frontend: Angular 9, SCSS, HTML5, NgRX
