 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Backend Engineer located in Lebanon, TN. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems of our platform. This includes designing and implementing scalable and reliable architectures, writing clean and efficient code, optimizing performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring the stability and security of our platform.

 Qualifications

 

Strong experience in backend development, with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby

Knowledge of modern backend frameworks and technologies, such as Django, Spring, or Ruby on Rails

Experience with database systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and code review

Ability to design and optimize scalable and performant backend architectures

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in job search platforms or related industries is a plus
