**Position Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, designing data models and workflows, and collaborating with our Salesforce development team to deliver high-impact, user-centric CRM solutions. Leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce and your strong business acumen, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients, the Salesforce platform, and our technical team to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, processes, and pain points to identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven optimization and automation

- Document detailed functional and technical specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and data models, to guide the development team

- Translate business requirements into Salesforce-specific configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring seamless alignment with the client's objectives

- Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to provide guidance, clarification, and feedback throughout the design and development lifecycle

- Perform thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions, working closely with end-users to validate functionality and gather feedback

- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver end-user training to facilitate the smooth adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions

- Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce solutions, analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement

- Serve as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on Salesforce best practices, feature enhancements, and long-term roadmap planning

- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal Salesforce development processes, templates, and methodologies

- Mentor and coach junior business analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development

**Required Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementation and CRM solutions

- Extensive working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including the ability to configure and customize objects, fields, workflows, and other core components

- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications

- Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting data models, business processes, and user interfaces for Salesforce solutions

- Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, including the use of change management, version control, and testing methodologies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions

- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and clients

- Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and their application in the context of Salesforce projects

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in the digital agency, technology consulting, or software development industry

- Specialized Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Application Architect)

- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience with third-party application integrations

- Understanding of change management principles and their application in Salesforce implementations

- Exposure to data migration, ETL, and reporting/analytics in the Salesforce ecosystem

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and frameworks (e.g., Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)

- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
