Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Data Analyst located in Lebanon, TN. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, creating and implementing data models, and communicating statistical insights. The Senior Data Analyst will also be responsible for providing data-driven recommendations to the team

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency

Proficiency in Creating and Implementing Data Models

Strong Communication Skills

Knowledge of Statistics and statistical analysis methods

Experience with SQL and other programming languages

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus

The ideal candidate is a team player, capable of collaborating with multiple teams across departments. They should also be detail-oriented and able to work with large data sets.

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. A master's degree in a related field is also a plus.
