**Position Summary**

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the robust and scalable infrastructure that supports our software development lifecycle. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills to build and optimize the systems and processes that enable the continuous delivery of high-quality software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable cloud-based infrastructure using leading DevOps tools and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Automate and streamline the software build, deployment, and monitoring processes to ensure efficient and consistent delivery of applications

- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code, including the use of configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

- Collaborate with software engineering teams to identify and address infrastructure-related bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues

- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and observability tools to ensure the availability, reliability, and overall health of our systems

- Participate in incident response and remediation, providing technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team

- Research, evaluate, and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance the overall DevOps ecosystem

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps engineers, helping them develop their skills and expertise

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our DevOps processes, tooling, and engineering practices

**Required Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role, with a proven track record of delivering highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure

- Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, containers, and serverless architectures

- Proficient in the use of popular DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and cloud monitoring/observability platforms

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, deployment strategies, and best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proficient in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go) to automate infrastructure-related tasks and develop custom solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in the digital agency or technology consulting industry

- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms

- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools and technologies (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

- Exposure to Agile software development methodologies and best practices

- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or DevOps-related disciplines

- Experience with security and compliance best practices in cloud environments

- Knowledge of database and message queue technologies and their integration with infrastructure
