Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Human Resources Manager at WMK Tech. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the organization's goals.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations skills

Experience in performance management and HR policy development

Knowledge of employment law and regulations

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams remotely

Experience in tech industry recruitment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
