Job Description
• Identify, recruit and source the RIGHT candidates for clients.
• Network in order to build a database of available candidates.
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
• Mentor and lead the Junior members of the team.
• Screen candidates and determine their eligibility for employment based on their skills and experience.
• Conduct the hiring process.
• Conduct quality checks and screenings as needed.
• Fill customer orders.
• Daily phone interaction with clients.
• Attend client meetings.
• Ensures accurate data input into the applicant tracking system HRIS system.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelors degree in Business, IT or any equivalent work experience.
• minimum 4 years of IT Recruiting in a staffing environment.
• Proven recruitment success.
• Proficiency in Application tracking system.
• Proven ability to lead and effect change.
