Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Server Manager located in Lebanon, TN. The Server Manager oversees the company's computer systems which includes managing software updates, server backups, licenses and maintaining uptime. Additionally, the Server Manager provides customer service, troubleshoots technical issues, and leads the server team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Linux and other operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve technology issues
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in data center management or system administration
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and virtualization
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCP, MCSE, or other related certifications would be beneficial.
