Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Server Manager at WMK Tech's location in Lebanon, TN. The Server Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers. The role involves working closely with the IT team, ensuring effective communication, and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Linux skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience in team leadership

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of server management and administration

Experience with server monitoring and optimization

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
