Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Server Manager located in Lebanon, TN. As a Server Manager at WMK Tech, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our server infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting and resolving server issues, ensuring effective communication among team members, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of server administrators. Experience with Linux systems is required for this role.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting skills, including experience with Linux systems
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders
Proven ability in providing exceptional customer service
Experience in team leadership and managing server administrators
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of server hardware and software
Relevant certifications in server management or related fields
