Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Manager (SMM Manager) based in Lebanon, TN. As an SMM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the company's social media presence across various platforms. Your tasks will include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
Expertise in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Strong knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Ability to create and execute social media campaigns
Experience in content creation and digital marketing
Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics
Creative mindset with an eye for design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
