Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager (SMM) located in Lebanon, TN. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. They will also monitor and analyze social media performance, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize social media presence.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Excellent knowledge of social media management tools and analytics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design is a plus
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus
