Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Lebanon, TN. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of social media platforms, developing and implementing social media marketing campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing social media profiles for search engines.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing, Communication, and Content Strategy skills

Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Writing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience in the job search or recruitment industry is a plus

Experience with web analytics and social media management tools is a plus
