As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.



We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for wmktech Lebanon . The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.



Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy:


Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.


Identify target audiences and create content that resonates with our customer base.


Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.



Content Creation:


  Generate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.


  Create multimedia content such as images, videos, and infographics to showcase our holiday homes and amenities.



Community Management:


   Foster and grow a positive online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.


   Monitor social media channels for trends and conversations relevant to the industry and the brand.



Campaign Management:


  Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote special offers, events, and new property launches.


  Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.



Analytics and Reporting:


   Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media performance.


  Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting areas for improvement and optimization.



Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.


In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.


Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Experience with social media analytics tools.


Thorough knowledge of social media indicators like clicks, profile visits, likes, reach, etc.


Proven work experience in content planning on social media platforms for professional firms.


Knowledge of metrics like referral, organic, and social traffic, along with an understanding of SEO parameters.


Adept in publishing social media captions, articles, blogs, and other online resources.


Possessing remarkable potential in showcasing ideas through formal and informal modes.


Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
