**Position Summary**

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and support the overall digital marketing efforts for our clients. Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, you will leverage your expertise in social media platforms, content creation, and data analysis to deliver impactful results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars that align with clients' marketing objectives and brand positioning

- Create engaging, visually-appealing, and on-brand content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

- Manage and optimize the performance of social media campaigns, continuously analyzing metrics and making data-driven adjustments to improve results

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media channels, providing timely and personalized interactions

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure the consistent and cohesive presentation of the brand across all social media platforms

- Identify and leverage relevant social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance the effectiveness of our clients' social media presence

- Conduct competitor and audience research to inform the development of innovative social media strategies and content

- Regularly report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform updates, algorithms, and emerging trends, and proactively adapt strategies accordingly

- Provide training and guidance to the marketing team on best practices for social media management and content creation

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar digital marketing role, with a proven track record of driving successful social media campaigns

- Proficiency in managing and optimizing the performance of social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok

- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, visually-appealing, and on-brand social media content

- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices for content optimization and audience targeting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret social media metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and make data-driven decisions

- Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)

- Proficient in using design and image/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in the digital agency or technology consulting industry

- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and its impact on social media performance

- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management

- Understanding of email marketing and its integration with social media strategies

- Exposure to project management methodologies and tools

- Certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing disciplines
