Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Software Maintenance Engineer at WMK Tech. As a Software Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for tasks such as software support, software development, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service. This is an on-site role located in Lebanon, TN.

Qualifications

Software Support, Software Development, and Technical Support skills

Troubleshooting and Customer Service skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in the technology industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
