- Software Team

WMK Tech is a rapidly growing software development agency seeking talented individuals to join our software engineering team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and delivering high-quality software solutions for our diverse client base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

- 3+ years of professional experience in software development

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby

- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms

- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

- Experience working with version control systems like Git

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Adaptability to learn new technologies and tools as needed

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD practices

- Exposure to front-end web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js)

- Experience in software project management and client communication

- Understanding of design thinking and user-centered design principles

Responsibilities:

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

- Identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
