Candidate requirements:

• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• Advanced PC skills (Google Forms, CRM, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams
• Understanding what the application and site are (admin system)
• Have a desire to help people understand the product
• The ability to explain complex things in simple words
• Communicability, competent oral and written communication

Responsibilities:

• Processing of user requests
• Conducting presentations
• Writing instructions
• Record video instructions
• Preparation of reports on completed work
