Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lebanon, TN for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting proficiency

Technical Support and Customer Support experience

Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interaction

Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with other departments

Experience in IT support is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
