Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Specialist located in Lebanon, TN. The Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing data to provide solutions. The Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with teams and clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience
Customer Support and Communication skills
Troubleshooting experience
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Relevant certifications in IT and customer support would be beneficial.
