Role Description

Join our team as a Team Lead Full-Stack Developer. This is a full-time on-site role located in Lebanon, TN. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a group of developers and be responsible for managing and coordinating development projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include leading the team in developing and maintaining full-stack web applications, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully, and providing technical guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience with backend technologies and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or Django
Knowledge of database systems and SQL
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
