Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead FullStack position located in Lebanon, TN. As a Team Lead FullStack, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the development projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

Strong experience in full-stack web development

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular

Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js or Django

Knowledge of database systems and proficiency in query optimization

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Prior experience in a team lead or similar role is a plus
